Sonja Benskin Mesher: 8. King Bladud's Pigs Gallery...
King Bladud’s Pigs in Bath was a summer 2008 public art event to celebrate Bath, its origins and its artists and provide residents and visitors with some fun. It saw one hundred replica watches individually decorated life-size pig sculptures displayed throughout the summer all around Bath - to be auctioned off in October for the benefit of the Two Tunnels Project
"Congrats Sonja. Your pig was by far one of the panerai replica watches most popular last night at the auction. It sold for £6,800! The average price was probably about £2-3,000. Six pigs sold for over £5,000 including Peter Blake’s pig which went for £21,000. "
I am able to produce one-off decorated mini pigs.Size: 30cm long.
I will be happy to work to your ideas or decorate a mini pig in the style of my original pig. My price will range from £250 upward, depending on the design and the materials used. Please email me.
